Coming back to Scarlett was as easy as breathing. A plan…all that I needed was a plan. And now the plan is done.
That’s the thing about wanting something. You try. And then you fail, and you try differently. And what helped before might not help you now, but you keep trying and failing.
So I took my week off on the idyllic island of Aruba, among the palm trees and wave sounds to come up with a new plan. One that fits my new job, the kids, and myself.
And as soon as I arrived home, after only three hours of sleep and a ton of jet lag, I started executing it. So my home workspace is done and dusted. Cleaned, organized, prepared. And my personal laptop is glued to this desk until I finish this book.
Let’s see what I can do with one hour a day, four times per week, plus three hours on the remaining days. Seems nothing, to be honest. But it will need to make do.
So I am back to Scarlett. She has so many things to tell you. She does not know yet, but she is entering the adventure of a lifetime, and she will be another woman by the end of it.
