Iterative process

The first blog introduction was clear and to the point—more about the (future) book than about me. I wrote it in 5 minutes after listening to my favorite writing podcast, and it was done.

Here: Uneasy minds need to write (and read)

Aspiring author, currently elbow-deep in the chaotic process of writing a book.

This is my behind the scenes – complete with creative meltdowns, a less-than-glamorous life, reviews on books (I should not be reading), and more caffeine than I would like to admit.

Expect honesty, humor, sarcasm, and the occasional existential crisis. So butt in the chair and hands on the keyboard.

Then I realize I write not only for the book, but because I need to put words out and those have nothing to do with the book. Therefore, the blog’s scope is broader, so I revised the blog introduction accordingly.

Now that I reread it, I don’t like it. The book (which is taking up all my mind space recently) is not even mentioned there. And that is stupid. I lost sight of things in the midst of the (future) book-selling process. So I need to rewrite again.

Bear with me, I will get there.
