Because I read everything! Because I know what is going on around, I keep myself informed, I link the dots, I talk with people on the floor so I know the informal issues too.

I am unbiased. I don’t have a preference except for what is better for the department, what makes sense and what the proper governance rules are.

That makes me an asset. And it’s my job. A job I am very good at.
